great stay but minor hiccups

The staff friendliness is a standout! Upon arrival, Nanna greeted us warmly with cool towels and a welcome drink. The personalized sleeping mist selection added a unique touch to our stay. The view from our room was breathtaking, particularly the mountains that surrounded us.

The pool access was great, but it was a bit risky with the submerged steps.

Breakfast lacks variety. the small buffet features just a couple of pastries and some fruit, while the a la carte menu risks repetitiveness for those staying longer than a week. Cold temperatures of the balcony pool water were off-putting, making it less inviting for a proper swim. Poor quality juices during breakfast surprised me, especially in a region known for its delicious fruit. The design of the room features a glass panel that divides the master bed from the living area, providing no privacy, which can be an issue for families.

We stayed in a deluxe suite with a stunning view. The pool was the definite highlight, perfect for lazy afternoons. Staff was super friendly and helped us with local recommendations. Breakfast was unusually awesome – so much good food! Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger in the room.
